Get main category name in tpl

Hello,

I need to get main category name in few level deep subcategory tpl.

ex:

Main category 1
> Sub 1
>> Sub 2
>>> Sub 3

Main category 2
> Sub 21
>> Sub 22
>>> Sub 23

Whan i'm on subcategory Sub 3 i need to display something like this: Your in category "Main category 1".

Is that possible?
