update 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.24 Error mysql

I'm trying an update from prestashop 1.6.0.14 to the latest version 1.7 of the 1 click upgrade.

I don't understand why it wants to add primary keys when there's a lot of data with the same IDs?! if I take ps_cart_product there's a lot of duplicate IDs even recently! 

Could you tell me how to fix this problem?
