Wrong order of module compilation/rendering

Hello, I'm using prestashop 1.6.1.17 and sometimes when I load front-office, the header of template is broken. It seems like sometimes one module gets rendered earlier than it should, breaking the template because of wrong order of HTML elements.

Please look at the images attached to this post to see how the template looks when it's broken.

Smarty compilation settings are "never compile files of template" or "always recompile" when this error happens. I have no idea why this happens and I would be grateful if someone could point me why this could happen.
