I couldn't find any help with this issue. I want to use the builtin RMA feature. But when a customer start merchandise return how will I know about it? Is there any indication? Like for example when you receive a new mail from a customer or a new order? Then you can see a new number on the bell. Or at least is it possible to receive an email?
Maybe I have just not seen the right option. Does anyone know how to configure it right?
