ps_emailalerts email admin new order

hi

i use a italian  version  prestashop 1.7.5.2

i do not riceiving a email new order    and email new  customer  on my administrator address email

how can fix ?

Kindly go in Backoffice -> Module Catalog section and install the module Mail Alerts and configure this.

hey Salvatore!

Likely it's a problem of plaform's configuration;

first go to Parametri Avanzati> Email....once there check if mails are enabled and check the first chebox ...Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases)

 

Than check in Parametri Negozio > Contatti.....there you have to create all mail accounts where you want to receive mails from platform..usually they are already there but check if addresses are correct!

Actually I have same problem Presta 1.7.6.6, MailAlerts Installed today from modules catalogue in BO. I have set up module and email, But im getting no emails
