Dhiru Bhojwani
Hi everyone. I'm experiencing some strange behaviour on the checkout page on the Polish version of my website. The issue is that as soon as a customer tries to enter their details during the checkout process, the page is reloaded and shows "your cart is empty". I have noticed that sometimes the process may go through if the person has not created an account on the page yet (checkout as guest). However, if the person already has an account and during checkout tries to add a new address, the same problem occurs. His/her cart is cleared and has to start over. On the English page everything works fine, the way it is supposed to. I can checkout as a guest, or as a user that already has an account, and I can also add a new address during checkout. The checkout on the Polish site works the following scenario only: I can first create an account and add as many addresses as I want, then go through the checkout process. I'm using Vinova Organic10 theme on my website www.desibazaar.pl . My website is currently in maintenance mode so if anybody may need access to it please provide your IP address. I have tried clearing my browser cache, tried deleting the contents of var/cache folder through FTP, turned off cache under advanced parameters, and I have even disabled OPCache on my server. I also tried changing PHP version from 7.1 to 7.2 but none of the above have helped so far. Perhaps its an issue with translations? I noticed that the URL of the English version of the checkout page is https://www.desibazaar.pl/en/order whereas the Polish URL has the special character "ó" https://www.desibazaar.pl/pl/zamówienie . Could this be causing an issue and if so how can I change it? Any help will be much appreciated. Kind Regards, Dhiru
Dhiru Bhojwani
Attached you can see a video detailing my problem. I went back to the classic theme to check and the same thing happens. On the English version everything is running smoothly as it is supposed to. website_checkout_error_480p.mov
