combinations Generator is not working

Hi 

I have an issue when i want to create a combination after choosing the attribute and i click generate they dont appear in the combination list below 

and i get a error  ( unable to update setting )

can any one help me please

This was an ajax call. It could be that there was a php error. So check the error log of the server.
