Purchase of theme in prestashop without having url. It was bought for a possible project

Hi all.

As the post title indicates, a Prestashop theme was purchased from the Prestashop add-ons store, for a project, tailored to what a potential customer requires.

The question I have is when I want to download the theme, it asks to enter the final url in which it will be used, and this is the problem I have, since I still don't have a final url, since we are still in talks with the client.

What to do in such cases? Is it better to request a refund?

Can I put a url as localhost and then change it later?

My knowledge of prestashop is intermediate, I am a developer, but I am not a specialist in prestashop or any other electronic commerce, I do not want to lose money if I cannot use it.

Can I change the final url that I put on the Prestashop site to download later?

In case the answer is that I can't change the url, is it possible to request a refund without downloading the theme, since I would enter a dummy url that will never be used?
