Drop Down list error

Hi everyone,

i'm very frustrated with this drop down list error and I don't know what I should do... I tried everything: checked versions between XAMPP and PrestaShop, change languages, reinstall... but I got nothing, and it's a big deal since I can't choose any option..

Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi,

I saw something like before. It could be probably PHP version. For PrestaShop 1.7.6 should be a 7.2. Please change and check if its help.

Additionally it's good to be sure that whole environment comply with PrestaShop requirements. Here you have a decryption how to do this: https://github.com/PrestaShop/php-ps-info

It was the php version, so I've downloaded another XAMPP version with PHP 7.2.
