Looking for - Form fields in product page

Dears,

 

We are looking for form field to be added to some products like:

product: paper bag

fields

1- size (dopdownlist)

2- paper type (radio button)

3- rope color (dropdownlist)

4- quantity (dropdownlist)

5- printed logo (upload file)

6- delivery date (selectable )

 

we like to have custom form fields for products where customer will select values or add input upload files

if there is any suitable module kindly mention it

You can try Advance Product Attribute/Field Module which allow you to include additional custom fields like Text, Radio buttons, Dropdown, Checkbox, Date, Select and Text Area field on the product page. You can check the demo of the module also to understand its functionality better.

Thanks for your reply, the attributes and customizations are good for ready products in our case there is many attributes and options and prepare all customization probabilities are not practical, also file upload we would like to make it after payment , is there any options ?
