Duelle Posted June 19, 2020 Share Posted June 19, 2020 Buonasera a tutti, spero di essere nel posto giusto. Sono nuovo di prestashop ed ho installato la versione 1.7.6.5 apparentemente con successo. Riesco ad accedere regolarmente nella sessione "admin" ma se cerco di aprire la pagina del negozio mi restituisce il seguente errore: "Questa pagina non reindirizza in modo corretto". Se digito www.miosito.it/shop/pippo.html, dove al posto di "pippo" posso scrive qualsiasi altra cosa la pagina mi viene aperta. Ho Verificato nelle impostazioni che "Friendly url" fosse attiva, ma continua a non funzionare. Grazie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Duelle Posted June 22, 2020 Author Share Posted June 22, 2020 Il link del sito è www.duelle.it/shop il test mi dice che ci sono ben 19 reindirizzamenti ma sinceramente non saprei come risolvere. la cache del browser cancellata più volte e cmq test effettuati da più pc ma non cambia nulla, il risultato è sempre lo stesso. La versione https://www.duelle.it/shop fa un redirect 301 verso http://www.duelle.it/shop/ e quest'ultima fa un redirect verso https://www.duelle.it/shop generando un ciclo infinito. Hai cancellato la cache di prestashop eliminando la cartella var>cache ? Hai qualche cdn come cloudflare?
