Installing child classic theme fails

Hi,

I tried to installed child theme of the classic theme. 

Followed steps are 
1. From Template and Logo on Advanced customization of Classic theme downloaded the child_classic.zip and tried to upload in the child theme section

2. Then i extracted the zip file on the theme folder and refreshed the Template and Logo page in the back office.
When i tried to install the theme it shows the following error
German : install von Modul name nicht möglich: Modul ist ungültig und kann nicht geladen werden. 
English : Install of module name not possible: module is invalid and cannot be loaded.

3. On further debugging with debug mode on also i could not find which module is causing this problem. 

Please someone help me in installing the child theme, i need to do some customization on the checkout page.
