Multiple Canonical URL's in one page

Hello!

I took a look at SEMRush too see what I could improve and it told me that I have 3 errors which are 3 pages that apprently have multiple canonical URLs. I went to said pages and inspected them to see that in the HTML there are two canonical refrences https://imgur.com/a/n7gTlvU (You can ignore one of them).This has affected three pages and I haven't found a proper solution yet. Do any of you know how to fix it?
