mlalley Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 when you did this update did you copy the old PayPal module into the new version of prestashop modules, if so that is your issue. you would not believe how many people copy there old modules into a new update that defeats the entire purpose.if so just replace it with the paypal module that comes in the 1.4 file. you should be fine.If this solves you problem please add {SOLVED} to the title. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mlalley Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 ok do this,Log into you shops back officeclick modulesgo to Payments and Gatewaysfind BUT DON"T CLICK on PayPal V2.4 look to the right and make sure it is installed (There should be green check)If is NOT installed than click installif it IS installed click configureand make sure it is set up like thisunder the solutions tab make sure "Payments by credit cards: CB , Visa, Mastercard and PayPal account" is chosenthan make sure "PayPal Express : payment in 2 clicks with PayPal account directly from cart page" is checkednot click on the settings tabmake sure sandbox mode is "inactive"payment type is Direct(Sales)now make sure your paypal email is correctthan make sure your API username, Password and Signature are set correctlynow under the LOGO and personalization tabbanner URL image should be blankand "Template chosen by paypal" is AI know this is a lot but it should fix your issue.Good Luck, if this fixes your issue please make sure to add {SOLVED} to the title Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
