Prestashop 1.7.6.5

I recently bought a template and the instructions were outdated so I got a refund and bought another template. When I try to login from the front end, the login link goes to a blank page. When I go into my directory under the "/public_html/login" using Filezilla the login folder is completely blank. I assume that maybe when I uninstalled the template that maybe something went wrong with my files. I reverted back to the default Prestashop template and it is the same. I also did an update from 1.7.6.4 to 1.7.6.5 and it still does not work. My question, how does this "login" folder get created so I can recreate again?
