hepkat63 Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 Hi All, I can't get my admin login page working no matter what I try. All I get is the adminxxx/index.php and bunch of number and words , but blank page. I've tried for hours and hours with all the suggestions google can find me - like deleting cookies, cache, smarty cache, different web browser, rebooted server, checked permissions. Nothing at all comes up in error logs for either prestashop or apache/web server - so can't get any idea as to why it won't load. On the server itself, I upgraded PHP to 7.2 - then realised I still had 1.6 prestashop and the shop would not run. I removed PHP 7x and went back to 5.4 and the site works perfectly - but ADMIN won't load as above. So, now I'm stuck and no idea how to proceed. I've turned on debug in config files, but it gives me nothing. Is it possible to do a fresh install of 1.6 and link to existing database? I'd hate to lose all my work, images and information - that have been there for a couple of years !! please help !! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
