order from cart, once created the link sent to the customer opens an empty cart

Hi,

I creaste an order from a cart abandoned by a registered customer. Once the order was created, I sent to the customer the link to make the payment, but when the link was opened, the cart was empty.

Frontcontroller :: init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

Step by step:

A customer created a shopping cart, for some reason he was unable to purchase, so he asked us to complete the order.

I clic to the show order button (cart page), and then I clic to "Create an order with this cart".

After completing the order for the customer, I clicked on the link to send to the email client the link to make the payment.

The link takes the customer to an empty cart.

We use a ps 1.6.1.24 version

We use a custom theme and some third party plugins.
