presta 1.4, paypal 2.4 issue, paypal give error

hi im using presta 1.4, paypal 2.4 module

i run into an error when i try to make some test payment, check it out here

any idea how can i resolve this?

we had tried requesting a new API, manually key in the password, still didn't resolve the issue

try removing the password from the module setting. Sounds weird but it worked for me.

1. Remove password from module setting (leave it blank)
2. Save
3. Test

I had problems similar to yours, but after many tests could solve. Ideally, you work in test mode https://developer.paypal.com/ you can use Pay pal Sand Box, there you can create an API to test which will have all the necessary tools can even buy and sell in test mode You can create a personal account and Bussines Account with Balance.
Check also if you have not forgotten Sandbox test marked, If you are in production so it should be inactive.
Check also in Prefences SSL case you do not have SSL must be NO,
