Ideally, you work in test mode https://developer.paypal.com/ you can use Pay pal Sand Box, there you can create an API to test which will have all the necessary tools can even buy and sell in test mode You can create a personal account and Bussines Account with Balance.Check also if you have not forgotten Sandbox test marked, If you are in production so it should be inactive.Check also in Prefences SSL case you do not have SSL must be NO,The only way to solve it, and testing and testingGood luck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
