imagicuus
I'm running Prestashop version 1.7.6.5 in a multistore setup. I've a question regarding an out of stock combination that should be available for ordering. But instead it's redirected to the other combination, see this product: https://swimsecure.nl/accessoires/62-swim-secure-bum-bag.html. Black is out of stock, but it should be available for ordering, according to the product settings. But when you click on the black icon, it redirects to the orange one. Is there some setting missing, is it a core bug of is it a bug in the theme I use. Can somebody help with this?
imagicuus
I've narrowed the problem down to the "display_unavailable_attributes" setting in Prestashop. Can somebody enlighten me how this interacts with the allow_oosp setting in Prestashop? The combination of settings "hide unavailable attributes" and some products are "available for order" doesn't seem to work as expected. I've recorded a video of the situation in de Prestashop Demo environment: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p1sPI1jc8WAojfTml7nubTg3ZFFf1iez/view?usp=sharing Edited June 5, 2020 by imagicuus (see edit history)
Mathijs
I'm running into the same issue. Have you been able to solve it? Is there a workaround? Im using 1.7.4.4 Edited June 9, 2020 by Mathijs (see edit history)
imagicuus
For now I've just disabled the option to hide unavailable attributes. I've created an issue on Github, maybe you can reply in there to let the developers know you're running into the same problem: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/19604
