Help on checkout page

Hi all,
I'm working on a site and since we launched I've been having a lot of incomplete carts, after a while i started to believe it was a site issue, so after speaking to a few customers, a lot were explaining that they entered their card details (mobile site) and couldn't find the confirm button.  Now after i look at it it is clearly under the order confirmation part, however to make it easier, is there a way i can move the "confirm" button to above the order check part, so just underneath the payment method?

I've attached a before and after screenshot so you can see what i mean.
