Different Carriers for the same product

Hello, 

I am just starting in PrestaShop, building a new store for a restaurante in order to start selling only for delivery, and I am not a developer. Saying so, I hope you can help me with a small problem I am havin in the moment of the carriers configurations. 

We are doing our own deliver for the moment and we configurate different carrier for each type of delivery. Some product do have a delivery time of 1 hour and other of 3 hours. 

The problem comes when I did the test of choosing 2 type of product - 1 with a delivery time of 1 hour and another one with a delivery time of 3 hours. For some reason, automatically in the checkout page just one carrier appear (the one with the option to come to the restaurante to collect the delivery).

My question is: how can I select with carrier should appear by default when 2 product with different carrier activated are oder?

if you are in 1.7 its  impossible.
