Im having a big problem in my prestashop 1.7.6.5, after registring the product, it show as N/A in catalog, the information in front-end is right, but in back-end catalog is totally wrong. i attached a screenshot to display the error. steps to reproduce: 1. Login in admin; 2. Go to catalog > products 3. Add new product 4. Insert a name and other informations 5. Save it; 6. return to the products inside the catalog 7. Verify the product is displayed as "N/A"s
PrestaServicePro
Let me explain the problem with examples. 1) Let's think the shop as 2 languages: EN & ES. 2) You have set back-office language to: ES 3) But when you create a product and set a language, you have selected: EN. In this case under "ES", you will see N/A for a product name. In this. case you must check BO lang and product lang.
