1.7.6.4 Script-related issue

Hello everyone, 

I got issues that seems to me it's Script-related issue .

This issue got with the version 1.7.5.0 and even after upgrading to 1.7.6.4 stills the same .

This issue cause the backoffice in different places such as products pages, as you see on the screenschots .

The products pages should be short page but not as this issue it's long page where everything in one page that not in correct

possession also not working . (All the screenshots are from a first product page !!!) and there's more even .

So if anyone knows what to do please show me how can I fix that .
