[SOLVED] Developer not answering with any help

So I bought a theme to install in my new Prestashop. Before proceed to the purchase the developer to understand a few things from the demo and to ask him if it was possible to make a couple of small changes. He replied with a "yes, just give me 5 stars in the review". So I did...

After that, I started asking for those changes, plus a few more messages. being one of them that I couldn't find any documentation available in the download section. I didn receive any answer. Just yesterday one message asking for my FTP and BO details to get inside.

It's been 6 days since my first message after purchase and there is nothing from this guy.

Any other contact email or number I can use to get to a more responsible person?

That depends on where you bought your theme from; if from the PS official addons market then you can contact them if the theme dev doesn't reply or help.

Everything bought from addons has a 3 month free support if I remember correctly.
