module can't upload a image

I want to upload a image in the module and click the "choose a file" button. There is no response and the window of selecting files will not pop up. What's the matter, please?

We can upload product pictures when we add products.

My program is prestashop 1.7.6.2 and PHP version 7.1.33 (I try to change PHP version, but the problem still exists)

Set Advanced Preferences->Performance->Debug to On and see if you het any error messages.
