Prestashop 1.7.6.5 Can't receive any system mail

Hello everyone, I used the 1and1 server to build prestashop, all functions are perfect, but the mail system cannot be used, I ca n’t even receive the test mail, but there is no error message,I used PHP's mail () and SMTP are not working.

I contacted the technical staff of 1and1, and they told me that PHP's mail () can be used normally. If I can't use it, it should be a problem of prestashop. Then, regarding the problem that SMTP cannot be used, they told me that prestashop does not meet the RFC standard

I finally solved this problem. After setting the SMTP parameters, I need to enter Shop Parameters>Contact>Shops>Shop email, and change the Shop email address to be the same as the one on SMTP, so that I can receive emails
