website gone website disappeared

Dear all,

I had my shop offline while I was updating it, when I switched it online again, my website was gone...

This is the message I see:

Did you cleared the cache manually or from BO?

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I don't know.... I clicked here "enable shop no', when I was finished clicked yes again, see enclosed.
After that the shop was gone.

During maintenance, if you made some changes, maybe them creates some conflicts. Because, maintenance mode can not make such as a problem. If you installed some module disable it and try again to navigate the shop.
