AndyNZ
Just using default mail settings for now in a hosted environment. Test emails work fine, but no order or contact us emails are received. Try to get shop online so that's a major. Any ideas?

Especially not for contact us emails.

It looks more like a problem with a missing reverse DNS record... Just wondering that I had no problems with Magento 1.5 so far, which is running for years on the same server. AndyNZ
OK - it turned out my hosting supplier "forgot" to add the correct DNS entries to allow PTR... so most emails bounced. Resolved.
