Prestashop 1.7 Unable to create or edit new category

I am unable to create new category properly or editing the category. ON creating new category the message 

An unexpected error occurred. [PrestaShopDatabaseException code 0]

 . And ads a blank category with id only. No name and url. And while try to edit this it show 500 internal server error.

Turn on Debug and check what does it show when you get 500 error.
