Problem with country in registration form

Hi,

I have a problem with a Belgian website I'm managing for a friend (version 1.6.20).

We encounter a problem: when a user wants to create a postal address, the only country displayed is Belgium, nothing else in the dropdown.

I confess that I don't understand at all where the problem comes from, I don't see which parameter I have to change so that someone from another country can register.

Hi, I don't fully understand your question, but this is what I assume. When someone registers at the website, they register with basics, name, age, and email. As soon as they want to order something, they have to add their address, but only Belgium can be selected. If that's the case, you have to go into Locations -> countries and activate the ones you would like.

also check shipping preferences, there is bit about only show countries where you have delivery, that should be disabled.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my question, I'm sorry. 😞

When I want to create my first delivery address, I can only choose Belgium, and nothing else.

As far as delivery is concerned, I only have 2 options: either pick-up or GLS.

I confess that I'm going in circles, I don't understand which option only limits the country.

It has a lot to do with countries. It's a little confusing...
