In my case works, sends me an email with in_transit template and the tracking URL (the url you define in the carrier with the tracking number you added for the order). Best regards. Miguel86 Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 Hi: I don't understand because if you use the backoffice Prestashop should send already an email. Now should be sending an email with the URL+ Tracking number but sends the email. In that template in_transit you can use the template var {shipping_number} that is only the tracking. Or the {followup} that is the URL with the tracking number. If you want to send the email on demand (even if the tracking is already added), i don't know the way at least, probably would be needed coding.
