Hi,

With our previous website when a customer make an enquiry regarding a product, I would get an email notifying me that I had an enquiry. I have set the test email up and that works however for enquiries and orders I do not get a email notification.

We have set that all up under the Contact tab in the shop aparameters and the Email is also set up correctly. The enquiry does get recorded in the back end of the website so we have arecord of that, just not the email notifying us that someone has made an enquiry.

Any ideas?

Hello Steve?

Did you send test email from BO (inside email tab). If you receive on test, need to check current problem in your shop. If you did not receive test mail, it means there is a problem on email configuration. If you are using SMTP check it again, or using PHPmail contact to host for to take care of email functionality.
