Create product attribute combination dinamically on product page

Hello there,
I'm Carlo from Italy and i need to manage  attribute combination to product dinamically before adding product to cart.
My shop is pizza restaurant, so its products can be customized with one or more variants (i.e onion, garlic, peperoni,salame...)  and every variant has its own price.

With 150 product and 50 variants, standard prestashop combination is really difficult and expensive.

I'm tryng to write code showing four variant selectbox in page product: on select change, combination is saved and product page is refreshed with new  product attribute id.

It works fine with first select change but on another change event it seems product page can't be refreshed correctly in spite of combination successfully saved.

Is there anyone who managed this problem?
