Error in International tab (cannot add currency)

Hello,

I am new to Presta, but I am pretty sure this behavior is not normal. 

This comes both with default theme and custom theme. Whenever I access the International tab to change details about country, currency, etc, it simply does not work.

For example, for currency, this is how it looks (the dropdown is not a dropdown, but a list that I cannot choose from). 

For languages, same thing.

For localization, no data is saved. 

What is to be done?! I really need the shop in other currency than default one!

It was indeed the PHP version. After contacting the hosting, they downgraded PHP to 7.3 (from 7.4) and now everything works.
