Prestashop webservice not working

Hi,

 

I'm using latest 1.7.6.0 ps version and i need to generate Webservice key for connection with Silvasoft accountacy program.

But the Webservice refuses to connect. Error wich is displayed is "Gelieve de Apache-module 'mod_auth_basic' te activeren om zo PrestaShop's webserviceauthenticatie toe te staan"

wich means mod_auth-basic needs to be activated. It is activated (i asked my hostingpartner twice) but still the key is not working.

 

Anybody who can help me?
