Discount coupon from the base price

Hello,

My prestashop store is on version 1.7.6.2

I am looking for module or something code or  hint which allows me create discount coupon from base price.

My case:

I have product which have base price 179 and specific price 169 - discount ~~5% and i want to add coupon with 10% discount.

Normal case - 10% discount for this product reduce price to 152.1 and i want to get 161.1.

Any ideas?
