hello please i look from long time on module like this

hi guys i look from long time like this function module i cant get this now or i don't know how i can typing to search on this module 

my module i want anyone example from any county example i;m from turkey if i go to store and i get product i see this products CANNOT be activated in Turkey i will upload image to see i want like this module get location the customer And if this product does not work in his country, he sees such a message

Did it work for you? 

You can use the "Product Availabilty Checker module" that allows customers to add the product to cart only if product is available in their location based on ZipCode.
