installing PrestaShop on WAMP server localhost

Hello, 

 

 I am new to the prestashop world.

I operate an online store for 1 year and I made my changes directly on the online server Now I want to make big changes so I decided to do them locally before putting them into production. So        

1-I downloaded prestashop standard and I installed it on WAMP server.        

2-I created a database       

 3-I imported my production database        

4-I overwritten the standard file with the files from my online server that I imported       

 5- I modified the settings.inc.php file

6-I modified the PS_SHOP_URL (below my configuration)

7-I put "0" at the PS_SSL_ENABLED & PS_SSL_ENABLED fields of PS_CONFIGURATION table

 

the finding is : 

1-i can access to the front office in localhost but when i wlick on a link it redirect me on my online shop

2- I can't acess to my Back Office
