Paulie Posted May 15, 2020 Share Posted May 15, 2020 (edited) Hi! I still have this "Your store is not connected to Printful" alert in the modules section. I've done everything correctly. Reconnected a couple of times and set up a new printful shop just to check. Nothing helped. Contacted Printful, Presta help, the module developer and they checked everything is fine on their end. Printful sees no issues. The module developer suggested to contact my hosting provider. What I did. They said they can't help me, as they don't provide support... I'm planning on uploading up to a 100 products (maximum), so rather a tiny shop (presta 1.7). Now I have 3 products and this problem occured. May hosting be an issue? It's a basic option optimised for websites (100GB HDD disc / 415MB in use so far). Has anyone had a similar issue? Thanks a lot!
