Ayuda con el Html por favor

He instalado el modulo de content box para meter codigo html en mi tienda pero puse el codigo en el sitio erroneo y ahora no se quitarlo el problema es que borre el modulo y el codigo sigue alli como puedo cambiarlo gracias por su atencion.

Unfortunately it didn't work maybe because I had the cach turned of if you had any other sugestion I'll be glad to ear it.
