Cybelius
Hi,I actually use Prestashop on two different websites, one is under PS 1.0, the other is PS 1.1.I have this problem with the PS 1.1 site: when there is a sale, the client receives confirmation of the order but I don't receive it as the store owner. I have configured the e-mail, so when a person uses the contact-us page, we receive the e-mail. So the e-mail function is operational. Does anyone else have that problem? Is there anything I can do?PS 1.1 is great!Alain
TropischBruin
There is an extra module you need to activate before you get messages about sales or stock.

kenmcneill
Would that be the 'Sales and orders v1.0' module? If so, I enabled it, but still no email. Is there something else I should be doing?

Dave Egerton
yes it is mail alerts as TropischBrunin states, you will find it in BackOffice>>modules, (usually in the modules block)Once installed, click configure and you can specify if you wish to receive New order and inventory alerts as well as enter the email addresses that should receive these alerts
