[solved] Manufacturer and Supplier dropdown is not listing correctly in create product page

Good evening

I have created new Manufacturers and Suppliers and have ensured they are enabled. In the create product page only one manufacturer shows in the dropdown box and only two suppliers show in that dropdown box. I have double checked and they are definitely enabled, they do appear in the relevant manufacturer and supplier block on the left. Problem is with the create product page.

I need to get this fixed so I can link the products properly for efficiency for the store.

Can anyone help please.
