neich78
We have a shop with products that use some personalization text fields. When you save this customization options and add this product to cart, a message is displayed "there are no enough stock" although stock is ok and available. Therefore, the product is added to cart and you can check out normally. Any ideas
neich78
That is set in each combination to "1". See attached. thanks for the answer.
neich78
I think stock is correct. 9 units, 10 units and 10 units available in each combination (quantity = cantidad). "Nivel bajo de stock" is set to 0 to consider this product unavailable I think. That should not affect. I have the rest of the catalog just the same way... neich78
Nope, same error...
neich78
As far I can see, this and other products in the database have "0" in the quantity field. Could be a database update error? If I change manually that amount (for example 4 units), the error message is not shown. This is not a solution as we would have to update manually more than 1000 products.. ableier
Any update on this? I'm having the same issue.
robb84
Same issue for me. Update quantity manually through DB still doesn't work! (with server and browser cache cleared)
