Your default timezone is not supported by PHP

Hi i'm trying to install the prestashop version 1.7.5.2 on a siteground server.

I got the error:

Your default timezone is not supported by PHP. Check for typos in your php.ini file and have a look at the list of deprecated timezones at http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.others.php.

I tryed php verion 7.1 and 7.3 but nothing.

I noticed that this problem is also with all the other prestashop version.

How can i solve?

(Already saw all the other topics and nothing helped me).
