Tap to open/close cart on touchscreen devices

Hello community,

I like the way customers can mouse hover above the cart, which then automatically opens up to display the products (please find attached screenshot to see what I mean). I would like to happen the same when someone browses with a touchscreen device, but as we all know it's not possible to hover since there is no mouse pointer. Therefore I would instead like to change the behavior of the cart so that the same happens when pressing the cart as with hover, i.e. that the cart opens up and displays the products.

With the standard behavior pressing the cart instead takes you to the cart summary, which I believe interrupts the shopping flow.

I would be very grateful for any advice that could point me in the right direction.

Hello again,

I guess my question wasn't clear enough. What I would like to achieve is to change the behavior of the cart. When customers click/tap the cart link text ("Kundvagn: 5 Varor - 2833 kr" in the attached screenshot) I would like the cart to open and close (same as on mouse hover) instead of taking them to checkout. In the attached screenshot I try to further clarify the intended behavior with red boxes and arrows.

Does anyone have a clue how this could be done?
