product image upload error!

Good evening everyone I hope someone can give me an answer I'm going crazy !! when I try to upload an image to a specific product it gives me an error like the one you can see in the photo! I state that I respected the file size in terms of mb! but if I change the image a bit and put it back with the same name it makes me insert it, then if I recancel it because obviously it does not conform to the rest of the images, and I want to reload it correctly I can make that mistake .... I'm going crazy trying to understand why someone can help me?
