EmmanuelPS
Hi all, I hope I could get some advice in terms of how much of a harm could cause to share some admin prestashop credentials with a template development team... I recently bought a template but I haven't been able to make it work as it throws some back-office errors with modules... I contacted the template designer/author for support and they're requesting admin access to prestashop as well as admin FTP... it seems a bit odd to me considering that support staff should be able to provide you with directions and steps to attempt on your own instead of going straight to ask for admin access... Should I relax a bit and share admin access to them? Is that a normal practice? I'm concerned about the shop's security and client's data being somehow comprimised... Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
