Cannot create new customer, get error popup

Hi, (my version is 1.6.1.24) Link: Create an account link (JP)

I tried to find soultion of this error on others solution for a while, but I didn't get it. If this case is solved, please advise.
I use Japanese as main language of English/Japanese version website.

My issue is when I've tried to create new customer account it's will show popup message.

Anyone who has same similar issue and found solution please give me suggestion.

Note: In English version everything is find.
