I have a problem with my website urls. If I set for a category friendly url for example "contact", the url should look like this: www.mystore.com/contact, but instead it shows www.mystore.com/content/4-contact
Why is that? Can I fix it to be clean?

I have a problem with my website urls. If I set for a category friendly url for example "product-categories", so the url should look like www.mystore.com/product-categories, but instead it shows www.mystore.com/index.php?id_category=42&controller=category.
Why is that? How to fix it?
