Massimo333
Setting Memcached on prestashop, (from Advanced parameters> Performance) I have problems with updating the quantities of the products: for example, if I cancel an order, then the availabilities of the canceled variants are no longer processed. Even by manually acting on availability (for example by changing the quantity from 4 to 3), and by saving, the green wording "Settings updated" appears, but then in reality if I update the page the quantity always remains at 4 as if it had not been updated. How can I solve it? Edited May 5, 2020 by Massimo333 (see edit history)

Massimo333
Rudi, this problem has been reported for at least 3 years, it seems that prestastop team is not interested in solving this problem with Memcached.
Rudi Werner
Do you use another caching solution? or simply no cache ???

ballashop
Hi, we are using the ultimate cache module with memcached activated. Works fairly well! @MatteoAbout Magento, at the moment it is not possible to switch to Magento it costs too much for a small company. Ciao.
